DAWN Government Transactions Center is a business services and PRO services provider operating from Dragon Mart 2, Ground Floor, GC-73, Dubai, UAE. We assist individuals and businesses with government transactions, document processing, and related administrative services in the UAE. DAWN acts as a facilitator and intermediary; we are not a government authority and do not issue government documents directly.
2. Services
DAWN provides assistance with a range of UAE government transactions and business services, including but not limited to business setup, trade licensing, visa processing, document clearing, Ejari registration, and related services. The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of engagement.
All services are subject to the requirements, timelines, and decisions of the relevant UAE government authorities. DAWN does not guarantee specific outcomes, approval timelines, or results that are within the sole discretion of government authorities.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as required for your service request.
- Promptly respond to requests for additional information or documents.
- Ensure that all documents submitted are genuine and legally valid.
- Pay agreed service fees in accordance with the payment terms confirmed at the time of engagement.
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are quoted and agreed upon before work commences. Fees cover DAWN's professional services and may be separate from government fees, authority charges, and third-party costs, which are payable in addition. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as agreed at the time of engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability
DAWN's liability is limited to the professional service fees paid for the specific service in question. DAWN is not liable for delays, rejections, or decisions made by UAE government authorities; for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client; for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Confidentiality
DAWN treats all client information and documents as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to process your service requests with the relevant government authorities, or as required by applicable UAE law. 7. Website Use
